利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、keny labs（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリケーション「将棋戦法のきほん」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 適用

  1. 本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する当方と利用者との一切の関係に適用されます。
  2. 本アプリのApp Storeを通じた利用については、本規約に加え、Appleの「ライセンス供与された application のエンドユーザー用使用許諾契約（標準EULA）」が適用されます。本規約とAppleの標準EULAが矛盾する場合、利用者と当方の関係においては本規約が優先します。
  3. 本アプリの利用者情報の取り扱いは、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーによります。

2. ライセンス

  1. 当方は利用者に対し、本規約に従って本アプリを私的に利用する、非独占的かつ譲渡不能な権利を許諾します。
  2. 本アプリおよびそのコンテンツ（教材・ミッション・盤面表現・文章・画像・音声等）に関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
  3. 利用者は、次の行為を行ってはなりません。
    • 本アプリまたはコンテンツの複製・改変・二次配布・再利用（私的利用の範囲を超えるもの）
    • 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル（法令で認められる範囲を除く）
    • 本アプリのサーバーその他の設備に過度の負荷をかける行為、不正アクセス
    • 法令または公序良俗に反する行為、当方または第三者の権利を侵害する行為

3. 課金・サブスクリプション

本アプリには、無料で利用できる範囲に加え、次の有料コンテンツがあります。価格は税込の目安であり、変更される場合があります。最新の価格はApp Store上の表示によります。

買い切り（非消耗型）
戦法パック（各250円）：購入したパックのパターンを継続して利用できます。一度購入すれば追加の支払いは不要で、同一Apple アカウントで復元できます。

サブスクリプション（自動更新）
プレミアム（月額）：450円 / 月　／　プレミアム（年額）：4,500円 / 年

  1. サブスクリプションは、現在の期間の終了日の24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り、自動的に更新され、更新時に上記の料金がApple アカウントに課金されます。
  2. 料金の支払いは、購入確定時に利用者のApple アカウントに請求されます。
  3. サブスクリプションの管理・自動更新の停止（解約）は、端末の「設定 ＞ Apple Account ＞ サブスクリプション」からいつでも行えます。
  4. 解約した場合でも、当該期間の終了までは引き続きプレミアム機能を利用できます。期間途中での解約による日割りの返金は行われません。
  5. 返金は、原則としてApple の定めるポリシーに従います。

購入前のお試し：一部の有料パターンは、購入前に1回だけお試し対局できます。お試しは各パックにつき1回まで消費され、途中で終了・投了した場合も消費されます。

4. 教材内容に関する免責

  1. 本アプリは、将棋の戦法を学ぶための学習・娯楽を目的とした教材です。掲載する定跡・手順・評価は、将棋ソフト（エンジン）による分析や一般的な将棋の知識に基づいて当方が作成したものであり、内容の正確性・完全性・特定の棋力向上・対局での勝利を保証するものではありません。
  2. 本アプリの内容は、プロ棋士による指導や公式の定跡を代替するものではありません。
  3. 当方は、教材内容の改善のため、パターン・ミッション・解説等を予告なく変更・追加・削除することがあります。

5. 保証の否認・責任の制限

  1. 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当方は、本アプリが利用者の特定の目的に適合すること、中断や不具合なく動作すること、エラーが修正されることを保証しません。
  2. 本アプリの一部機能（対局履歴の保存、CPUの応手、評価値・解説の表示等）は、ネットワーク接続や外部サービスの状況に依存します。これらが利用できない場合でも、当方は責任を負いません。
  3. 当方は、本アプリの利用または利用不能により利用者に生じた損害について、当方に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。当方が責任を負う場合であっても、その範囲は、当該損害の原因となった有料コンテンツについて利用者が支払った金額を上限とします。

6. サービスの変更・中断・終了

当方は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本アプリまたはその機能の全部もしくは一部を変更・中断・終了することがあります。これにより利用者に生じた損害について、当方は前条の範囲で責任を負います。

7. 本規約の変更

当方は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリ内またはApp Store上で告知します。変更後に本アプリを利用した場合、変更後の本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

8. 準拠法・管轄

  1. 本規約は、日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。
  2. 本アプリまたは本規約に関して当方と利用者との間に紛争が生じた場合、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the iOS application "将棋戦法のきほん" (Shogi Senpou no Kihon; the "App") provided by keny labs ("we", "us"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Application

  1. These Terms apply to all relationships between us and users regarding use of the App.
  2. Use of the App via the App Store is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") in addition to these Terms. In case of conflict, these Terms prevail as between you and us.
  3. Handling of user information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.

2. License

  1. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
  2. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App and its content (learning materials, missions, board representation, text, images, audio, etc.) belong to us or the rightful owners.
  3. You must not:
    • Reproduce, modify, redistribute, or reuse the App or its content beyond personal use
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App (except as permitted by law)
    • Place excessive load on, or gain unauthorized access to, the App's servers or facilities
    • Act unlawfully or against public order, or infringe the rights of us or third parties

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

In addition to free features, the App offers the following paid content. Prices are tax-included estimates and may change; the current price shown on the App Store applies.

One-time purchases (non-consumable)
Strategy packs (250 yen each): continued access to the pack's patterns. Once purchased, no further payment is required, and purchases can be restored on the same Apple account.

Subscriptions (auto-renewing)
Premium (monthly): 450 yen / month　／　Premium (yearly): 4,500 yen / year

  1. A subscription automatically renews and the above fee is charged to your Apple account unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  2. Payment is charged to your Apple account upon confirmation of purchase.
  3. You can manage or cancel (turn off auto-renewal) at any time from "Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions" on your device.
  4. Even after canceling, premium features remain available until the end of the current period. No pro-rated refunds are provided for cancellation mid-period.
  5. Refunds are, in principle, subject to Apple's policies.

Preview before purchase: some paid patterns can be tried once before purchase. The preview is consumed once per pack, including if you quit or resign midway.

4. Disclaimer Regarding Content

  1. The App is learning/entertainment material for studying shogi strategies. The josekis, sequences, and evaluations we provide are created by us based on shogi engine analysis and general shogi knowledge, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, any particular improvement in skill, or victory in games.
  2. The App's content is not a substitute for instruction by professional players or official joseki.
  3. We may change, add, or remove patterns, missions, explanations, etc. without notice to improve the content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

  1. The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it fits your particular purpose, operates without interruption or defects, or that errors will be corrected.
  2. Some features (saving game history, CPU moves, showing evaluations/explanations) depend on network connectivity and external services. We are not liable if these are unavailable.
  3. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the App. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the paid content that caused the damage.

6. Changes, Suspension, and Termination of Service

We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the App or its features without prior notice. Our liability for resulting damages is subject to the preceding section.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when we deem it necessary. For significant changes, we will provide notice within the App or on the App Store. Using the App after a change constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. Any dispute between us and a user regarding the App or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
