本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、keny labs（運営者。以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリケーション「将棋戦法のきほん」（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者に関する情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。
本アプリは、アカウント登録（氏名・メールアドレス等の入力）なしでご利用いただけます。当方は、利用者を直接特定できる個人情報（氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレス等）を収集しません。
本アプリは、次の情報を収集・保存します。いずれも氏名・メールアドレス等の個人を直接特定する情報とは結び付けていません。

将棋エンジン・解説機能について：本アプリの「CPUの応手」「振り返りの評価値」「悪手の理由の解説」は、当方のサーバー（Google Cloud 上）を経由して処理します。このとき当方サーバーおよびAIに送信されるのは、盤上の指し手・局面・評価値などの将棋に関する情報のみであり、匿名利用者IDその他あなたを識別する情報は含めません。
本アプリには広告は表示されず、他社サービスをまたいだトラッキングも行いません。
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者に関する情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。ただし、本アプリの運営に必要な範囲で、次の外部サービス（業務委託先）を利用します。

国外への移転について：上記のうちAnthropic（Claude）の処理は日本国外で行われる場合があります。ここで送信されるのは将棋の局面・評価値のみで、利用者を識別する情報を含みません。SupabaseおよびGoogle Cloudのデータ保存先は東京リージョンを利用しています。
インフラ上のアクセス記録：上記サービスの提供にあたり、通信の性質上、IPアドレス等の接続情報が各サービスの基盤で一時的に記録されることがあります。当方はこれを利用者の特定や追跡には利用しません。
利用者は、いつでも本アプリの「設定 ＞ データを削除」から、対局履歴・投票・利用状況イベントを削除できます（この操作は取り消せません）。購入・サブスクリプションの権利はApple のアカウントに紐づいており、「購入を復元」で復元できるため、データ削除の対象には含まれません。サブスクリプションの解約は、端末の「設定 ＞ Apple Account ＞ サブスクリプション」から行えます。その他、情報の削除・確認をご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
本アプリは、氏名・連絡先等の個人情報を一切収集せず、広告配信や行動トラッキングも行いません。当方は、お子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。保護者の方でご懸念がある場合は、お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
当方は、収集した情報の漏えい・滅失・毀損を防ぐため、通信の暗号化（HTTPS）、アクセス制御（行単位のアクセス制限＝RLS）等の合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
当方は、法令の変更やサービス内容の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリ内またはApp Store上で告知します。改定後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

This Privacy Policy describes how keny labs (the "Operator", "we", "us") handles information relating to users of the iOS application "将棋戦法のきほん" (Shogi Senpou no Kihon; the "App").
The App can be used without creating an account (no name or email required). We do not collect personally identifying information such as your name, address, phone number, or email address.
The App collects and stores the following information. None of it is linked to directly identifying information such as your name or email.

Shogi engine and explanation features: the App's CPU moves, position evaluations, and "why was this a bad move" explanations are processed via our server (on Google Cloud). Only shogi-related information (moves, positions, evaluation scores) is sent to our server and to the AI; no anonymous user ID or other identifying information is included.
The App shows no ads and does not track you across other companies' services.
Except as required by law, we do not sell or provide your information to third parties. We use the following external services (data processors) as necessary to operate the App.

International transfer: the Anthropic (Claude) processing above may occur outside Japan. Only shogi positions and evaluation scores are sent, with no identifying information. Supabase and Google Cloud store data in the Tokyo region.
Infrastructure logs: due to the nature of network communication, connection information such as IP addresses may be temporarily recorded by these services' infrastructure. We do not use it to identify or track users.
You can delete your game history, votes, and usage events at any time from "Settings > Delete Data" in the App (this cannot be undone). Purchase/subscription entitlements are tied to your Apple account and can be restored via "Restore Purchases", so they are not included in data deletion. You can cancel a subscription from "Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions" on your device. For other requests to delete or review information, please contact us below.
The App collects no personal information such as names or contact details, and does not serve ads or perform behavioral tracking. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a guardian and have concerns, please contact us.
We take reasonable security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of collected information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access control (row-level security, RLS).
We may revise this Policy in response to changes in law or in our services. For significant changes, we will provide notice within the App or on the App Store. The revised Policy takes effect when posted on this page.
